Frank grew up in Carlisle, Cumbria. He is represented by Beccy Kilgarriff at VSA Agency for stage and screen, and is also an experienced jazz vocalist (Ronnie Scotts, National Youth Jazz Orchestra) and cabaret performer (Crazy Coqs, Phoenix Arts, Duckie).
